Saddle Purchase / Saddle Trial Agreement                   

This agreement, signed in duplicate, is intended to be a binding legal agreement.

Terms & Conditions

Horsing Around (Seller) sells to ________________________________(Buyer) at the end of the trial period,  1 x  _______________________________________for $_____________.

Horsing Around has delivered the above saddle to the Buyer on the date of trial, being ____/_____/____ to ___________________________________ and  Horsing Around is in receipt of the full sale price.

1.  No warranties or guarantees are made regarding the saddle except that the tree is unbroken.
2. The Buyer agrees to try the saddle, clean the saddle and to be responsible for the saddle and its condition during the term of the trial, which shall end on ____/_____/____  at 5.00pm.
3. If the Buyer wishes to keep and purchase the saddle prior to the end of the trial, the Buyer will call Horsing Around on 0410 666 707 with this notification. The sale will then be complete and final.
4. If Buyer wishes to return/not purchase the subject saddle, Horsing Around must receive contact from the buyer to this effect on or before the end of the trial period.  If no contact from the buyer is received by that date and time, the sale is complete and final.
5. To receive a refund, the Buyer must
   1.  contact/notify Horsing Around  as per item 4 above, and
   2. Return the subject saddle back to Horsing Around at the Buyer’s expense to 20 Dovavalley Road, Wandin North.  Horsing Around will provide a refund to the Buyer in the full amount of the saddle purchase less any shipping cost upon receipt of the saddle and finding it in the same condition as when the trial began.
