Lay-by Terms and Conditions

1. Lay-bys must be completed within 3 months from the date the deposit is paid.
2. Lay-bys are allowed on sales of at least $200.00. We do not charge an establishment fee.
3. A 10% deposit is required with fortnightly repayments of at least $10.00.
4. Items cannot be exchanged once a payment has been made.
5. If you cancel a lay-by, money you have paid will be refunded less a cancellation fee as per item 9.
6. We may cancel your lay-by if you do not make regular payments. Any money paid by you will be refunded less a cancellation fee.
7. All goods remain our property until they are fully paid for.
8. All goods have normal manufacturer’s warranty as required by Trades Practices Act.
9. Cancellation fees: In first 30 days………………………..5% of purchase price After 30 days…………………………..10% of purchase price After 60 days…………………………..15% of purchase price
